Commercial Property Wanted
A professional couple who are seeking to set up a new business venture are looking for a vacant barn or out-building to rent. They are looking to set up a motorcycle training facility that is approved and regulated by an official government body (the Driving Standards Agency). They want to offer a professional set-up which educates all 2-wheeled users not only how to ride a machine but also how to ride with consideration, control, and most of all safety. They are looking for barn or outbuildings to use as an office space, a training room and bike storage/workshop and would need access to toilet and wash facilities (not necessarily in the same building) and would also need an external training area.
