Webinar with question and answer session

Organised by Rural Hub Business Supporter Lodders

There is a new world of natural capital assets, ecosystem services and nature-based offsetting solutions that is shaping land-use practices, with opportunities and implications for both landowners and developers.  Join us for this latest live webinar where leading experts will explain the considerable changes surrounding land use planning and the environment.  This webinar will be of interest to landowners and farmers, property developers and agents.

Keynote speaker is Alastair Leake of the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust who will consider where we are now, the overarching issues and the emerging trends and implications for landowners.  Karl McConville of Strutt and Parker will provide insight into the green lending appetite and how in particular rural businesses may be able to help provide solutions, followed by Richard Wheat of Middlemarch Environmental who will be talking about the development of offset schemes from concept to delivery, drawing on good practice principles to unlock the value of nature for landowners.  There will be a question and answer session after the speakers.
