Stratford-on-Avon District Council is pleased to invite you to our new AI-Powered Business Creation Workshop, designed specifically for pre-start, start-up and fledgling businesses across the district.  Delivered in partnership with NextGen AI Launchpad, this practical 1-day workshop combines expert business advice with an innovative AI-powered business planning workbook to help you develop a stronger, clearer plan for growth.

During the workshop, you will:

✅ Test the feasibility of your business idea
✅ Understand the external factors that may impact your success
✅ Define your ideal customer and unique value proposition
✅ Create key marketing messages and content ideas
✅ Explore profitability and cash flow forecasts
✅ Develop a website structure ready for launch
✅ Generate social media content to support your marketing

This workshop is ideal if you are:

• Pre-start: You have a business idea and want to test whether it is viable.
• Start-up: You have recently launched and need a structured plan for growth.
• Fledgling Business: You have been trading for up to two years and want to strengthen your business model, marketing and financial planning.
