Land wanted for Equine Facilitated Learning business
I am looking to ideally rent but would consider the purchase of 1-2 acres suitable to run my Community Interest Company offering Equine Facilitated Learning. Land needs to be fairly flat and well draining. It is not necessary to have a horse living on-site. Anywhere within 10 miles of Coventry will be considered.
Grazing wanted near to Banbury
Wanted: grazing for sheep and horses either around Shipston on Stour or Edgehill, near Banbury.
I am looking for some grazing with stables for winter for two horses, ideally in South Coventry / Kenilworth / Warwick areas.
We are looking for a barn/workshop for our bespoke hand crafted cabinetry and joinery business. Ideally the workshop would be around 2000sqft but we’d consider something smaller. It would need electricity and water supplies. The closer to Solihull the better but would be willing to commute for the right workshop.
Archery club seek 4 acres to purchase/lease near L/Spa or Warwick
Leamington Spa Archery Club a registered charity which has been operating in the area for over 70 years. The club lost their previous home of 25 years 3 years ago and have had a temporary base in Kenilworth since then. Ideally the Club would purchase c.a. 4-5 acres in the area or lease some land on a long term basis. The sport of archery is fully insured and governed by a national body and there is no liability on the land owner. In addition the sport has a very low impact on the land itself. It is also very quiet and unlikely to disturb anyone. If you have some land in the Leamington or Warwick area that you would like to sell or lease please contact Damien Culley.
