Rural economy future skills round table

Representatives from rural businesses are invited to attend Warwickshire Skills Hub’s first Rural Economy & Agriculture Future Skills Round Table.

Part of Warwickshire County Council’s Future Skills Programme, the Skills Hub is keen to work closely with partners and employers across the rural economy & agriculture sector to help them understand emerging skills needs and future job opportunities, in order to support businesses to develop and retain talent.

Using rural business feedback, the Skills Hub will work with educators and training providers to help align careers education and skills provision across Warwickshire, ensuring businesses can access coordinated and responsive skills and employment support.

Your insight and participation will play a vital role in shaping future activity, helping to strengthen the skills pipeline and develop the talent needed to support the sector’s long-term growth.
