27 Aug 2026 Building required for small not-for-profit indoor soft play area

Poppy’s Play Patch is a small children’s play business and community project based in Southam, set up in memory of Poppy who was born with Smith–Lemli–Opitz Syndrome (SLOS). With a not-for-profit approach, every booking helps reinvest in new equipment, fundraising for local charities and hosting of community events,

They currently hire out soft play for parties and events, alongside hosting free community play days. The business would now like to find a permanent home to provide soft play, a role play village and children’s activities. The intention is for the location to feel personal and not a huge play centre.

The ideal location would be in or very close to Southam and the surrounding villages, although a slightly wider area would be considered for the right property.

Poppy’s Play Patch is quite flexible on the building itself. Ideally they need somewhere around 700–1,400 sq ft, with reasonable access and somewhere for customers to park. A toilet and basic utilities would be helpful, but they’re open minded and happy to look at unusual spaces if there is potential to make them work.
