14 Sep 2026 Land sought for new family camping and outdoor learning enterprise

Rooted Outdoors is a proposed affordable family camping, outdoor learning and countryside destination, and I am trying to connect with farmers and rural landowners who may be interested in diversification or creating an additional income stream from part of their land.

I am seeking underused land, woodland, grazing land, redundant rural property or land suitable for a long-term leisure, camping, outdoor education and nature-based diversification partnership. I would particularly like to hear from owners who may have an underused field, woodland, grazing land, redundant rural building or another part of their holding that could potentially support a carefully managed visitor business.

My preference is to build a long-term relationship with a landowner and develop the project gradually rather than undertaking extensive development immediately.
