26 Sep 2025 MacMillan Coffee Morning is held at Rugby Farmers’ Mart cafe

The cakes were the stars of our MacMillan Coffee morning on 26 September, held in association with The Farming Community Network at the RFM Ltd – The Midlands Mart cafe. Visitors to the event included Sir Jeremy Wright, MP for Kenilworth and Southam. But as well as cakes on offer, we were also distributing the FCN booklets “Fit for Farming”, plus other health advice leaflets. Sam Evans, who leads the FCN “Nip it in the Bud” project in the midlands, was on hand to offer advice about the support available for farming families.  The event raised a magnificent £350 for MacMillan Cancer Support, so thanks go to the farmers and other attendees who came along to support us and donated so generously.
